Digital Products

All ebook sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not offered once an ebook has been delivered, except for duplicate purchases reported within 48 hours of the original purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing your ebook, please contact us for assistance.

Signed Paperbacks

All signed paperback sales are final. As these books are personally signed and prepared for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or ordering mistakes.

If you experience a problem with your order, please email biancablythebooks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and photographs where applicable.

Any refunds or replacements will be considered individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
